It has all the building and mining of minecraft but with the equipment, combat, looting, and gameplay of a sidescrolling action RPG. The graphics are amazing, and the bosses look amazing! A large variety of consoles to play on!
Terraria is available now on Nintendo Switch, PC, PS4, and Xbox One. Terraria has been a childhood classic to me and I still play it to this day. I've never had a game do that to me since halo. Terraria's 2D setting -- it's primary differentiator from Minecraft-- doesn't actually change the sandbox mining game formula all that much. In the first several minutes if the game you could start to hear yourself humming to it. Especially if you like games like it even though it is a unique gem.
