And there is further evidence of Apollo 11’s alien encounter. PHOTO BELOW IS FROM NASA 2009 BOMBING OF THE MOON. In the CxP, the new Moon rocket appeared to be based on new developments unrelated to the Saturn V. Let’s face it – there will be no moon base by 2022 (six years from now!!!) We know that it is a place filled with minerals, it has water (and they really needed to nuke it to find out?) UPDATE on July 10, 2015: I found a similar structure in this moon photo from Apollo 11! According to several sources, colour movie footage of the alien craft was shot by Armstrong’s companion, Edwin ‘Buzz’ Aldrin, the second man to walk on the moon. A lunar outpost is a concept of a permanent or semi-permanent presence of humans on the Moon by the United States space administration NASA.NASA has requested an increase in the 2020 budget of $1.6 billion, in order to make another crewed mission to the Moon by 2024, followed by a sustained presence on the Moon by 2028. There was no reliance on the Saturn V's key elements such as the powerful F-1 engine of the first stage, and there was very little reliance on the J-2 engine of the second stage. or, probably, any time in this century. The base will also be equipped with an emergency underground shelter and workers would have individual working and sleeping units. “There will be a round dome inside, from which we could see that the blue earth is running in the universe with a great view of the midnight sun,” he said. This “nuked” moon base might perhaps explain why we haven’t been there in recent years. Why would we avoid the Moon so much? and it would make a perfect outpost for anyone who wants to continue the exploration of our solar system and it would also help us get to Mars and beyond.
