Hinode (日の出町, Hinode-machi) is a town located in the western portion of Tokyo Metropolis, Japan. As of 1 February 2016, the city had an estimated population of 17,141, and a population density of 611 persons per km². Hinode orbits the Earth in 98 min at an average altitude …
Hinode was launched successfully in September 2006.
The Hinode satellite was launched on September 22, 2006 and began taking images of the sun through x-ray light. Its total area is 28.07 square kilometres (10.84 sq mi). The goal was to study the intense releases of magnetic energy which cause solar flares and the heating of the sun's corona.
Notes et références These two images show the full-sun on October 21, 2007, revealing the orange glows of million-degree solar plasmas, along with coronal 'holes'.
HINODE (Sunrise in Japanese), sometimes referred to by its pre-launch name Solar-B, is an international space observatory that carries advanced instrumentation for solar observations. CLASP aims to infer the nature of the magnetic fields in the chromosphere and the transition region of the Sun, by measuring the polarization of light caused by the Hanle effect. The mission was renamed 'Hinode', meaning 'sunrise', after launch. Hinode (日の出町, Hinode-machi?)
est un bourg du district de Nishitama, préfecture de Tōkyō, au Japon.Sa population est d'environ 16 000 habitants. Developed by the Japan Aerospace Exploration Agency, in collaboration with NASA and PPARC in the UK, HINODE was launched from Uchinoura Space Center (Japan) on Sept 22, 2006 at 21:36 GMT. Launched on Sept. 23, 2006, the Hinode solar observing satellite changed our view of the sun by providing the highest-resolution images of its innermost atmosphere and … Solar-B, JAXA's mission to study the solar magnetic field, was successfully launched on 22 September 2006 at 23:36 CEST from the Uchinoura Space Center (USC) in Japan. CLASP was successfully launched to space from White Sands in the U.S.A. at 11:01 local time on September 3. Hinode is in a polar orbit that will provide continuous coverage of the Sun for more than eight months of the year. What is CLASP? 25/09/2006 691 views 0 likes. Solar-B renamed ‘Hinode’ after launch.
